There is no simple way to replace a floor. Buildings have to be closed for several days or even weeks. That sounds like a lot of trouble, time consuming and expensive and it is too. Dr. Schutz reduces the time and trouble to a minimum considerably lower costs and much shorter business interruptions, because with the Floor Remake System your existing floor is renovated and can be walked on again after a short time. This way you get a floor as good as new with the highest resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and pay at least 50 % less than for laying a new floor. Floor Remake works in 2 or 3 steps: strip cleaning prepares the floor for a new layout. If the existing design is to be kept the floor is coated with a transparent PU finish. Should a completely new floor design be created the floor is lacquered with PU color and subsequently protected with a sustainable transparent coating. Here the design possibilities are open ended, not only colours and shapes can be freely chosen but also pictorial motifs, company logos, sign posts and chips can be used.

With a lacquered in color or transparent the floor now looks like new, is optimally protected and all this in a very short time. Caterham School installed their sports vinyl in 1996, the floor and line were tired and worn but they did not have the budget for a brand new floor.
