Creativity. Performance. Safety.
The Education market is undergoing a green revolution and reducing the environmental impact of the Sports hall is a major challenge. Wooden sports floors should be periodically recoated and court lines remarked using waterborne materials. Vinyl, PU and linoleum sports floors can be recoated with Creativity using new colours and designs.
Sports halls can be carefully refurbished, with a limited budget, to use energy better and improve sports floor Performance rather than new build. Lengthening the service lifetime of floors and sports halls before being disposed of is an effective solution in achieving reduced impact on climate change and improved resource use.
Sports halls may well be undersized compared to Sport England latest guidelines but Safety can be improved by installing Softwall anti-shock wall panels to give >50% impact reduction.
